  1. contact Christopher Leon  758-484-1927 he is a tour guide in Soufriere. Drive down there, see the Pitons and find Christopher for the local tour. well worth the time and he is a wonderful guide.

  2. make sure you go to the gros-islet friday night jump up, it's a good vibe if you like dancing and reggae/dancehall, or just wanna see how the lucians party. and make sure you eat in the food hall in castries, next to the market, REAL creole food, it's so yummy u have to try it. a friend of mine has a riding stables in gros islet, where u can go riding along the beach and actually swim with the horses in the sea- i mean going right in!! u stop for lunch too, it's lovely. the stables is on the way to the cricket stadium. Also in gros-islet is the Rodney Bay marina. Be sure to stop there as u'll find they have catamaran trips round the island or even to martinique (the neighbouring french island) and also a glass bottom boat, as well as some cafes, a pub and internet cafe. Have a wonderful time, st lucia is a great place!
