  1. Depends on what kind of coverage you have, if you have no fault liability insurance only than it will not cover damages to your car. In either case it would cover the damage to the other car and personal property and your rate will definately go up or will be denied renewal of insurance


  2. yes the insurance compamny does pay all the damages if ur insurance is well covered

  4. Yes, but it gives the insurance a good reason to drop you completely, raise your rates, or put you in high risk status.

    They may also require you to do an SR22 filing to keep your license if they didn't already take it from you upon conviction.
