If you are international student which one you suggest, london or cambridge? and why?

No difference there....but depends what you want to study....if you want to do medicine, all london universities and oxbridge (oxford, and cambridge) ask for straight As + related work experience. London and Cambridge are crowded cities, and are both equally fun for students. I guess it depends on what you want to study, and your grades. I think living costs would also be somewhat equal.
