If you are low on potassium Whats good to eat everyday to have adequate Potassium levels?

I think 1 banana for breakfast

Add 1 banana to your lunch

and add banana to your dinner as well as some spinach

Would that be enough? Can you also have a test done by a doctor to check your potassium levels.

(If someone has a potassium deficiency and is trying to maintain a healthy diet to make up for the amount lost due to being a celiac. )

    most doctors have a list of potassium rich foods.

    To get more potassium and less sodium, you need to eat more fresh foods and less prepared foods. Grilled chicken breast has more potassium, deli sliced Oscar Meyer chicken lunchmeat has more sodium. Fresh tomatoes have more potassium, Pace Picante Salsa has more sodium.

    I would imagine that a potassium test is part of a standard blood test.
