  1. Probably not.  What kind of leave of absence?  If it's a temporary layoff, then yes.  Voluntary leave, no.


  2. You can file but the odds are your company will deny benefits.  

  3. LOA is not unemployed. You may not be getting any money but that should have been planned for before the LOA
