  1. Jesus go out side

  2. Losing weight depends on

    1)  eating healthier - fruits, vegies, grains

    2) lots of exercise.  about 1/2 hour- 1hour a day, every day.  the Wii can help but you need more exercise where your heart is pumping than that.

  3. No.

  4. Any exercise is great.  I have a Wii and I find that on Wii Sports, baseball, tennis, boxing and bowling are all a great way to work out.

Do it for at least half an hour to get your heart rate up and get the aerobic benefit.  Do it an hour or more and really get nice and tired.

  5. Yes it is possible.  But only as long as you burn more calories than you consume.  So you will have to combine exercise along with a healthy diet.

Try to keep all junk foods, ready made meals, sugared fizzy drinks and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum.  These are high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat.  Junk food is just what it says - JUNK.  With one added ingredient in - FAT.

Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN.  EXERCISE will really help to accelerate your weight loss.  The body is designed to MOVE.

  6. If you are overweight, you are better off exercising on Wii fit strength exercises. Some of those are really tough and can help to lose some weight. Other things like boxing on Nintendo Wii can... well I suppose it could tone up an arm if you do it enough, but I wouldn't expect it to help anyone lose any weight.

Unfortunately, although it is more fun, the wii isn't exactly the greatest thing to help lose weight. You'd be more successful in doing exercises such as swimming, running, pushups, situps... etc.

  7. I think it would be possible if you ate healthy meals as well, it also depend how often you are doing it and if your getting any other exercise, all of which will help to lose weight

  8. you're dumb

just eat healthy and be active

    do sports! go outside

    healthy weight chart (females only)

(this weight chart gives a healthy weight to height ratio according to a BMI scale and even gives a few pounds to spare)
