If you are payed online through your paypal account, can you withdraw this money from the bank?

Yes.  You need to set up your banking information, which you probably already did when you initially set up the PayPal account.  Then you need to click on "Withdrawals" and approve the transaction.  The money will be automatically transferred to your banking account, but it usually isn't available for two or three days - it should tell you exactly how long.

If your paypal account is set up through a checking account and you used it to pay for something using paypal, then no you can't withdraw the money from the bank. Paypal  immediately takes it out of your account.

Yes I think you can transfer it to your bank account, request a check, or use the PayPal debit card. or buy something on eBay and sell it for cash lol

Of course you can.  Any payment online directly into your bank account can be withdrawn just like a normal bank transaction.  It is considered cash into your account because it is a bank to bank transaction.  It does not come directly from PayPal but from PayPal's bank to your bank.
