  1. Well since they are paying your health care, I sure hope so.

  2. Not until its born.

  3. Section 215 of Canada’s Criminal Code makes it an offence to fail to provide the "necessaries of life for a child under the age of sixteen years." The inaccurate use of the word "child" instead of fetus throughout Epp's bill, could encourage prosecutors or judges to cite his bill as authority to define fetuses as "children under 16" under Section 215, and thereby prosecute pregnant women for any unhealthy behaviour during pregnancy.

this would include taking drugs, excessive drinking and any other types of activity.  They can remove the baby as soon as it is born and they can put you in jail or a faciltiy until it is born to prevent you from hurting it further.

  4. Are you somkin something right now?  I would think that anytime there is reason to believe that a parent or guardian is putting her children in harms way with drugs, or excessive alcohol abuse, that they have the right to put the children into more appropriate, safe care.

  5. Even at this state, that is child abuse and I would not put it past them doing that once the child is born.  They will be able to tell immediately of the abuse.

  6. I dont live in canada and dont know the law but if you are pregnant why would you do those things? isnt the baby inside more important than you? I hope you are not reffering to yourself. and if you are then they should take the baby
