If you are re-activated from the IRR?

What exactly do they do? Do you go through screening? If you are unfit physically do they just med board you or what?

yea, if you google it there is a lot of stuff on it.  but pretty much you get screened, and if you pass the screening and they activate you again, you go do your stint, however long it may be, and thats that.  I know it wasnt too detailed, seriously give it a google search tho cuz each branch has different procedures

If that happens, you will be inducted into a training program to get you back into shape, if you cannot succeed, then they will not use you.  You go back home.
