If you are sentenced to 90 days for contempt of court? Can you get out earlier for good behavior?

  1. hmm im not sure, you should call up the non emergency police line, or call up a lawyer and ask.

    i think though that if you are good then it will look better on your record.

    Prison officials don't like to mess with Judges.

  4. that is up to the discretion of the judge. There is no good behavior usually with contempt the entire sentence is served.  

  5. What thequeen said, good behavior would have been not being in contempt of court. with a lawyer you can try and file an appeal to get a lighter sentence
