  1. Your best bet if feeling better is to return to your doctor and ask for a "Fit for Work" certificate which will counteract your sick note, as your social insurance stamps will not cover you should you have an accident at work and still be certified as sick.  


  2. Generally your HR dept won't let you back until the Dr okays it.  They want a release if you wish to return ahead of time.  Also, they're liable if they let you back without a release and something happens.

  5. hey, if you want to go back to work then all you have to do is go back to the doctors and ask to be signed back to work. they will give you a certificate which states that you are well enough to be back.

    you cannot go back to work while signed off sick as if something happened to you, their insurance wouldnt cover you.
