  2. Slower, less capable, less competent or efficient than whom? Provided these things you perceive (or have been told, etc.) about yourself are in some way true...? I doubt it's as bad as all that.

    Don't worry so much about what other people think... and even LESS about what you think they're thinking. Because what you "think" they're thinking is usually not very accurate.

    Don't ever base the estimation of your own self worth on the opinions of others. Other people are NOT you, only you are, and you're the one that counts.

    Simply put: Try to do what you believe is the right thing. Believe in yourself and your value, believe in the value of others. Be true to yourself and others. I hope that helps. =)
