Actually I'm a radio station managements worse nightmare.. I flip ..and a lot....

On the road, I can burn out a radio, flipping between classic rock, newer rock (the more rock sounding alternative), Adult Contemporary, pop stations, and my favorite ..country music

So basically unless I want to hear what another market(area) is doing on the way of on air personalities, usually commercial comes on and I'm flipping again till something catches my ear again.

I would alternate between classic rock and singing my butt off, its only an hour though so i'd prolly just daze off about c**p going on and then be there before i got to music

On my many north/south (Maine/Florida) travels I usually tuned in to all local Public Broadcasting Stations until they went to religious programming, then I found music-to-sing-by.   That could be classic or alternative rock, country or beautiful "elevator music".   Alternatively, and even on shorter drives (always alone), I  carry and listen to audiobooks.
