If you are the leader of a certain country, how can you protect and preserve the interest of the working class

I am living in the society where working class as a whole is oppressed, discriminated and marginalized, I was thinking of a solution to that problem.

evidently the answer is to go attack countries who have no ability to attack you.

but a good start is education technical training, throw criminals that corrupt the working class into theivery into jail so they dont infect the rest with there lazy lawlessness

One way to protect the working class would be to put limits on what the upperclass can make. Some incomes can be rediculous. How many people need a million dollars a year, let alone billions. If your company makes excesses of money you either share with lower class employees or create more jobs. Sports and movie related jobs should especially be regulated. Give the millions of extra in these fields to create jobs for local comunities. All in all support the poor and opressed and you will build moral and crime rates and corruption should be greatly reduced creating a better society for all. Love of money and or power is the root of all evil.

the best way is to not oppress them, discriminate against them or marginalize them.

ensure they get educated and work for a living wage but don't hand out things to them or they won't appreciate it and just want more.
