If you are to start a business and want it to be well known and to prosper what would you do?

i started my business and i want it to prosper,what do i do?

Learn how to market it. Take a marketing course or pay a visit to your local small business association. There should be free or inexpensive resources to help you get started with things like marketing materials, website, etc.

make some kindness contributions to your community, society, people around. Run a promotion, opening event of your business. Invite people and make some impressions and remember to let them go back without empty hands. Do some donations, public services and remember to put your business name on it.

I believe in starting sub-branches of your business to promote your paid service. For example, if you were a local photographer you could create an online gallery of local photos and use that to promote your main photography business. Or, if you were a mechanic you could have a free clinic and provide free maintenance & tips to your community once a month. Its important to build a relationship with your potential clients.

i want to do the exact same...but im pretty sure i want to get a degree first (even though its not required)

next....be sure to have the latest fashion (even if its not yuor peronal style DIRECTLY, be sure to have a variety of diff styles. next, make sure the outside of your window store is FULL of the latest fashion.

accesorize your window w/ everything to the latest fashion to what you like! the outside window shows what you carry and invites people to what you have.

next let all your friends know about your store! ask them to show others about your store! really! let flyers out at a local university campus, around the city!

If u r starting a business, go take a business class first then try to open a business... from what i learn in business classes, majority of business failed cuz the person running it doesn't have a clue on how to run it.  Its the best advice given to me now i'm giving it to you.  THERE'S NO EASY WAY.
