If you are trying to buy a house and your credit report is perfect (no late pays for over 24 mos, all revolving credit is below 30% usage, ect) and you have medical bills would these be overlooked at all in the credit approval decision?

  1. Were the medical bills sent to collection? If they are just bills, then you are fine. What is your actual credit score? There are so many more aspects that determine your score, it is impossible to tell based on this information.
