  1. it shouldnt be. but you gotta really be serious with yourself. was it really yellow? or did it turn red as you are going through it?

  2. You probably do not have anything to worry about.

I don't know what state you are in but, in Texas you can get a ticket for driving through on a yellow.  About 6-8 years ago Houston, Dallas and other major cities in Texas had a problem with a climbing number of deaths caused by people trying to make it through on a yellow and the light turning red before they cleared it.  Texas passed a law giving the officers a right to give a car a ticket on yellow if they speed up to make it through or they had ample time to stop.  Most police officers do not give such tickets but, they have the ability to if you p**s them off.

  3. if you are already turning once the light turns yellow, you are completely fine :)

  4. Im not a cop, but I dont hink so... you should be ok , I think if it turns red while going through  you probably had enough time to stop and would get a ticket if they caught it..

  5. i dont think so, the trigger for the red light camera is usually located at the intersection not after it. anyways a yellow light doesn't mean "stop" it means "continue with caution", if u receive a ticket for that u should take it to court.

  6. No your across the white line and the light was only yellow your fine

  7. No, I doubt it.

  8. Those cameras are set to go off at a certain time

Like when youre in an intersection when you shouldnt be

If your picture gets taken........ youre either too far in the intersection or running the light.

  9. i don't think so since you were midway through the intersection.  if you were able to safely stop before the light turned red then maybe, but since you were already in movement i wouldn't worry about it.

  10. If you turned on green then there isn't an issue. But your question reads like you turned on red. Even flashing red means "stop". Flashing yellow means "caution". Personally I feel your parents should teach you this stuff before you drive,. I would hate to see you as a statistic. Driving is suppose to make your life easier, not kill you. Please take care.
