If you are voting this year, how will you feel/react if your candidate loses?

Please no answers like "He WON'T lose, so it doesn't matter..."

C'mon, be honest and realistic. What if your nominee loses?

You couldn't have asked a better question .. I was thining what people will do and the response after reading all of the before...

Shocking !

I will treat our new Presedent with the utmost respect and hope that my peers who voted him in office knew more or at least believed more that this person was right for the job.

I will not call names or make excuses why my guy didn't win. There are two viable canidates for president and one will win.

Hopefully people will have enough integrity to shake hands at the end of a match and say well played !  Some how I have a hard time believing that.

Not from McCain or Obama.. but from the supporters who I am shocked with the fangs dripping.... ON  BOTH sides

Ya know .. it makes me wonder after reading so much hate and school yard name calling all over IE if we aren't a huge problem...

We are asking our government to fix our problems when WE can't behave like GROWN ups and discuss the real issues without bashing everyone !! And YOU all know who you are .. Very smart people calling names and trashing opinions...

Shrug my shoulders and get back to work.  I will probably shut down my small business idea though if Obama wins - no way I am going to put in all the work and capital if his lot is just going to punish me for succeeding.

I haven't been correct since Daddy Bush won, so I am used my candidate loosing.  Life goes on.

Someone has to lose. I'll be disappointed but brace myself for things worsening over the next several years.

If Republicans win I will be disappointed because this country needs to improve and not continue where it has been going.

I'll be scared to death. We can't take more of the same Bush economics and war. Our country can't take it.
