If you are young(under 18) and you think/are pregnant, how would you tell a parent?

Because me and my boyfriend have s*x. We use condoms. They havent broke(that i know of). But there is always that little chance of getting pregnant, and i have been worried that i am. I'm under the age of 18. So how would you tell a parent? Because if i did become pregnant, they would probably make me get an abortion. There is noway i could do that!

Why do you worry about...."unlayed eggs"??? You do NOT know, wether you are pregnant -or- not... so why speculate??? Take a test & take it from "there"... If you're positive, I suggest, you sit down with your parents & discuss the "matter" calmly ! I'm sure they may be in your favor & there's always a "solution" to any "problem"!!!

Ok, no lectures on ABSTINENCE..... If it happens (hopefully not) You and Your boyfriend should have already made plans.  You are BOTH RESPONSIBLE for this new life.  You Both must accept the consequences of your actions. BOTH sets of Grandparents should be made aware. So You and Your  Boyfriend must bite the bullet as soon as You do know and accept the consequences of Your actions.  There can be many CONSEQUENCES both good and BAD.  You MUST ALWAYS keep in mind what is best for the child, above and beyond all else.  Of course this is my  personal opion only.

i would wait until after the first 3 months.  Most people have certain reservations about abortion after 3 months, by this time the baby is actually a fetus and not just an embryo so there can be more guilt to go along with an abortion.  Aside from that there are other factors, such as miscarriages, which usually occur during the first trimester.  SO if u are afraid that ur parents will make u do something with UR body that u don't want to, then wait until after ur first trimester or until u start showing.  And take some steps toward being more responsible, come up with a plan as to how u would take care of your child with little to no help from them, responsiblity is a big POSITIVE for parents! i'm sure that even though they'll be disappointed with the situation, they'll be proud of ur decision to step up!

theres no light way to tell your parents you are pregnant under unexpected circumstances. So the best thing to do is to be very very careful because getting pregnant is as natural and as easy as getting your period, it will happen.  So Don't be afraid to use whats out there for you not only condoms but start taking birth control as well.
