i have 3 cats 2 i know are fixed the other i know is not the other when i pick him up or he moves thing move around inside him but its nips are small but but bigger than the other cats and idont no if it is a girl or boy and itis full grown what is wrong with it idont have the money to go to the vet

If there are things moving inside then it could be a pregnant cat (the nipples may not have pinked up yet).  If you can't afford to see a vet then you certainly can't afford to care for a cat with kittens.  Discuss payment by instalments with your vet or even contact a humane society who may be able to recommend a low-cost veterinary service.

You'll have to bite the bullet and find some way to pay for a vet.
