    But Adarsh when you told me that I am a disgrace for my country that was also shocking but the reaction was different

  10. First, I would thank God for having given me this great opportunity, and then I would resolve to work harder to prove myself. I would surely be jubilant, but instead of celebrating, I would head for practise, because I know that it's likely that I would be kicked out if I fail to perform well on my debut.

  12. Most Aussie that become Grade, State or National cricketers are contacted by the coach or head of selectors at least 24 hours before the news (the same happens for dropping as well).

    So by the time it hits the news they should have calmed down enough to appear rational again.  However the most common reaction for players when the series is domestic, when they are told is disbelief. Usually think their friends are playing a joke on them.

    I would of course be extremely proud of myself and very honoured.

    I'm a person who thinks way ahead. Which can be quite bad sometimes, because i forget to enjoy myself.
