what would you to if it said your man has 2 children in his livetime and you onle have one? You alredy have this one with him.

in Qabalah the jewish spiritual teachings it is said that Destiny exists, and it is your job to change it.

I would set about learning how to change my fate.

it could mean anything.  Maybe he already has a kid that he doesnt even know about. maybe you guys divorce, maybe you leave him, maybe you die, maybe you live a long live together, but you die before him and he gets with a young girl even though he is like 70 and she get pregnant. maybe you can chnge destiny by having another kid with him right away.  Basically you just dont know.
