  1. I bougt a house in Ireland last October and I believe the market here has crashed a lot more than over there, The words "negitive equity" are popping up everywhere but at the end of the day, the house wasn't an investment, it's our home and it's a lot better than forking out 920 euro a month on a crappy one bedroom flat!

  2. slim b has the right attitude!

if you bought to speculate then you're knackered unless your property is in a desirable area.

if the house was a long term non commercial purchase then its fair to say that the term negative equity wont really be of any affect.

  3. Served the people right for not exercises due diligence. Just shows the greed of people.

  4. why lol?

Bought the home I always wanted am not moving now or ever.

It has twenty acres and a wonderful pool.

Best use your energy on wondering why any housing stock is being given away to our east european friends.

  5. I have bought 3 all going through at the moment.

I belive a house is only worth what someone will pay for it...

now is a good time to buy.. you can pick up some real bargains.

Lets face it how many times have they gone up & down in the last 20 years.
