I brought alcohol to an underage drinking party with all my group of friends there. And now we were busted but the cops are going into detaila bout the whole thing as well they shoud. But if rhey find out it was me who brought it can i get in trouble?

You will get in trouble.  You're supplying alcohol to underage minors.  You can and will be arrested if the police find out.  Don't do it.
