can you call a non internet phone for free or is it only free if you are calling another internet phone?

  1. It is only FREE to other internet phones, but it is very, very cheap to all other phones, and quite cheap to mobiles


  2. even if you have an USB Internet phone you still have to choose a SIP provider....so its not really free! unless you use skype to call other users....! unless you want to stay with Tesco....there are much cheaper ones our there!

    your best bet would be a wifi USB phone...totally independent from any computer!
