I was in a similar position...but in Australia.

I went to my bank and they said it would have to be done

"on collection"..meaning, they will send check back to UK bank which issued the check, then credit corresponding overseas bank that was related to my bank...then eventually

my bank will have confirmed funds to credit my account in australia. It did take at least 3 weeks though...btw it was simply a 11 pound check i had for my syndicate winnings...in the end the actual bank charge was not worth it because my winnings were small...

No you cant you can only cash the ticket in the country you bought it from. if you bought the ticket in spain you have to go to spain to cash it up or you have to send it to spain to be cashed. dont be suprised if you win £44,000,000 and have to go to the country where you bought it from. I will buy one ticket in each country to incresse the chance of winning the jackpot. do you know 1 in every 14 draws there will be a one uk jackpot winner. if you play much then buy one ticket in each country to incresse your chance of winning the jackpot. best of luck. if you win big spend it right. help the people who need it most.

yeah i think you can, i normally just buy one when there is a rollover, as long as it has been bought and payed and so on, you should be ok to cash it here

If you mean the euromillions, then yes.  The uk is part of the euro zone so no worries...

I charge a 5% fee for the above btw.
