  1. If you buy it from a person no.  If you buy it from a dealership yes.


  2. yes you do

  3. Only just the Provincial sales tax.

  4. Short answer is yes.

  5. You have to pay PST and GST on used cars in every province with the exception of Alberta where you only pay the GST.  Try paying GST on new homes.  That really hurts.
