If you buy something on Ebay and the seller doesn't send it to you??

It is very possible, try to pick out reputable sellers with high feedback ratings and longevity, if you fail to receive the item ,contact the seller first and if he doesn't take care of it, contact ebay considering the dispute/

try to write them through you ebay account, if they do not respond then you can report them to ebay.  They will work it out fromt here!

It's possible, but it's considered stealing in the case of the seller.

You can report them, get your money back, and they will be in trouble.

It does happen. That's why you have to make sure you're buying it from someone with a good selling record with Ebay. If it happens, try contacting the seller first and then Ebay. They will either give them a bad mark or refuse to work with them anymore. I think the seller will want to have a good record and would prefer not to have someone unhappy with them. If they are reported, they lose customers. Good luck.
