Question:

If you call someone up, and make plans to hang out....?

So this chick I was kinda dating texted me, asking if I had any big plans (obviously wanting to hang out ). We make plans- she says she's going to call after she gets her homework done (this is around 6 pm). Never hear from her. Next day, she says she 'passed out early'. If she'd supposedly fallen asleep with her head in the books (yeah right), wouldn't the right response the next day be something like "schit, I'm sorry I fell asleep studying. Can I make it up tonight?" or "when can we hang out again?"

  1. The first sentence you stated was "chick I was KINDA dating".  This implies that you are not quite certain of your relationship with the person.  I agree, she obviously found something better to do, and so should you.  You sound young enough to shake it off, chalk it up to experience, and don't worry about someone who really doesn't worry much about you and your feelings.  If the feelings of "like" are not mutual, there is probably someone else out there right now who thinks the same about YOU and you don't know it.  Be observant, not blinded.  Good luck.

  2. Well she should have apologized. Things like this have happened to me, but I normally try to call before I fall asleep or apologize. I don't just say I PO'ed!

  3. She prabably got sleepy early, but she should have called. You know her, would she lie?

  4. yes for real, but i know how you feel when things dont go the way you planned

  5. Yes she should have called, she could have been telling the truth mind

  6. she probably just got tired and went to bed so I would give it another try

  7. Don't blame her! I, being a girl, know what she feels like. When you have a lot of homework, it is easy to forget everything else because you're concentrating on getting an A. It could be something flaky, but do NOT jump to conclusions too early because if she really did fall asleep after doing her homework she will have a lot of trouble forgiving you. Trust me, girls HATE being blamed for something they didn't do. Get proof before you confront her. Ask her friends or something. Hope i helped.

  8. Don't be so uptight man....It happens to the best of us... It's true....she should've called....but things happen...

It sounds like you were looking forward to it....(winks)...

Take it all in good stride....It makes you look like a real gentleman...

  9. it sounds like she is playing games.I would move on and find a nice girl.

  10. yea, it should be somethin' like that. fuss this chick out and tell her its over! (unless if you really like her, then give a 2nd chance)
