    A secretary would,I called when Big Bill was President and the secretary's exact words were "theres no chance in h**l that you'll be able to speak to him over the phone"


  2. The White House has a group of telephone operators who answer the main phone number and can take your comment.

  3. There is a public number to the White House that is answered by a secretary.  There is a private number that is reserved for heads of state ... etc.  That number is also answered by a secretary.

  4. No. If you call any company the CEO or President of the company will not answer the phone.
