If you came to the US and have to start a new school, do you have to do the Summer Reading?

i dont think so. but if its just for fun like at my school they have " lets read seminol summer reading program" where u read and submit at the school how many books u read and then u win prizes.

but i dont do that

It depends on the teacher.  A lot of the time if they know your situation they'll either give you a different assignment to do or give a couple weeks into the year to read the books.
