  1. Since it's hot here in Texas, when I grill I leave the back door open.  It's easier to smell the grill that way.  I need to know when the grill is ready, the steaks need turning, ect.

    Also grill naked :)

  2. I'd leave and not give a toss about the cooks spoiling the broth - It's not my problem once I'm gone ...

  3. Stay & open the windows, plus the door if it's getting hot.

However I wouldn't walk out the door.

Every cook is entitled to stay in the kitchen, even when there's other cooks making a few lousy dishes.

  4. Lol, i know where you're coming from!

I too have had enough of this section - all the back stabbing, nastiness and petty little mind games.

To answer your question i think i would just let the cooks spoil the broth.....let 'em get on with it i say!

  8. Let them spoil the broth.

Wow, I know what is going to happen the rest of the day and night.

  9. I'd of never gone in there in the first place, I look before I jump.

  10. I'd get out of the kitchen!

  11. we normally turn off any appliances not in use, and turn up the extractor fan

on rare exceptional days we go and stand in the fridge for a while

  15. Open the doors and window.  Once I begin something, I fully intend to finish.
