  1. It depends on your definition of what 'psychic' is. By most definitions, yes. If you can accomplish it then you're using a kind of clairvoyance.

However, speaking from a strictly scientific perspective, what you're actually accomplishing is what some quantum physicists call 'quantum navigation' and which is currently being explored. Though no developed theory has been presented, John Walker (the founder of Autodesk, a company that produces computer-aided drafting software for engineers) has a fairly compelling hypothesis, which is in my links.

  2. The Plejarens via Billy Meier say that remote viewing is not genuine.

I've researched the above material for about 5 years, and I believe it is worthwhile spending your time on.

Being able to astral travel is genuine, but few people are able to do this.  Billy Meier is one.

  3. if you can then yes, i don't believe in that kind of thing is possible though.

  4. Remote viewing is a type of extrasensory-perception (ESP).  And ESP is a form of what is popularly known as being 'psychic,' so the answer would be yes.  The term 'psychic' itself is problematic, since as it grew in popularity, it also acquired various meanings and nuances that make it a pretty vague term that different folks take to mean a variety of things (though usually associated in some way with anomalous mental functioning).  Hence other terms have been suggested as 'better,' such as 'anomalous cognition,' 'non-local knowing,' and so on.  Each, unfortunately, has its own shortcomings.

  5. Everyone does remote viewing, all the time.  Everything at which I look is some distance away from me, so it is remote.

  6. Nope, it means you are superb tennis player.
