Okay, so I want a moving wallpaper as my desktop background for my computer but I don't know how to get one..Does anyone know how??

Just get a .gif animation.

In case you have Vista Ultimate I think there was some bundled software to put a video as a background. Use google to search for avi as wallpaper if you want to know more bout this.

Do you really want to do this? I would think this would make your computer slower, especially if it isn't a new one
