If you can dunk, what did u do to get that much vertical?

I wanna dunk but dont know what program i should do... so help me out

  1. Get strong legs and weights for your shoes and body.


  2. It's athleticism.  You can't teach it.  You can improve your vertical by a small amount if you do exercises with your legs, but you're not going to go from unathletic white boy to Air Jordan.

  5. I can dunk. I am 6'2" 220. I guess I am just blessed with hops for a white boy.

  6. Do squats, followed by squat jumps without weights.  There are tons of programs on the net to check out that incorporate plyometrics, but squating followed by a squat jump is a good start.

  7. when i caught my first dunk i just worked out my whole body, play ball alot and kept jumping at the rim with the ball trying to get up there and did my 1st one at 1 at 5'5. with out air alert or jump shoes. i got them later on. so you don't need a program to bang. just hard work can get you there. i got the program years later to add just a lil more. it only gave me maybe 6-7 more inches. not the up to 14 inches they claim. some is also genetics. some ppl are born grounded.
