We've all been exposed to many different opportunities which involve risks, whether it's asking that girl out or taking that job or spending more money or vise versa. So with all the risks you've taken and the ones you've avoided in your life so far would you change anything by taking more or less risks on the same ones? And tell us why?

  1. Way more risks. I grew up very shy and found it hard to talk and relate to people, I got bored really easily by people who talked to much because I liked people who express themselves through actions. I know now that some of us grow up in fear and never take chances and ruin our destiny by putting up walls~~! This was an excellent question by the way~~!

  2. I'd do everything as I've done so.

    Think about it.

This is a small example, but worthwhile for the mind. I'm in love with a series of books by Jacqueline Carey. I never would have read the first book to this, though, which I got hardly 6 months ago, if I didn't fall down the stairs in highschool 4 years ago. Everything leads to a conclusion. It's all about cause and effect, truly. You see it in time traveling movies/shows all the time.

  3. I'd never make the mistake to go back in time... so far. Why would I want to go through that **** again, bredda?

  4. More risks, definitely.  I have been far too stuffy.

  5. No, I actually have no regrets about anything i've done. I have come to terms with everything. And even if I could go back and do things differently, I wouldn't because I learned from those things so they are importante to me.

  6. No, no, no. Who cares the better question is what decisions will you make now, for the past is permanent and the future is yet to be determined. Stop wasting your time focused on what you cant change and use that energy to change what you can now.

  7. Right now?  More risks, because I am too "stick-in-the-mud".  On the other hand, that has served me well.  I am careful.  I have  very strong survival instincts, like a cat I tell you!  It all depends on whether you think you are too conservative or too rash a person.

  8. I was old when I was born so I have always weighed the worth of the risk. LOL    I would not change the avoided or the taken.

  9. Less Rebelious risks, but more academic ones. I wish my income level were higher, which, had I done what I wanted to then, life would definitely be different. But there are so many things it could affect. And messing around with time could be catastrophic.

  10. I may be only 16, but in my life there are alot of things that i would have taken risks on if i could go back!!

  11. As they say, hindsight is 20/20... If I could go back in time, there are plenty of things I would have tried, but because of my newfound knowledge I don't believe they would have been as "risky."

  12. I'd say I've taken too many risks, but all the wrong ones.  I should have bypassed the risks I took and chosen the other path every single time.  But the truth is, I love taking risks, doesn't matter what in, whether its financial or in love, moving, including abroad, changing relationships, jobs and so on, in fact the bigger the risk the more likely I am to take it.  And even though I'm getting on a bit I'm certainly not getting any wiser lol.  But most of my risks have backfired, one or two financial ones have worked out but all those involving relationships have not.  Perhpas next time I'm thinking of taking a risk I might just remember that fact!
