I live in Florida. With all these old farts no one pulls over and if they did they wouldn't use their turn signals!!!  Me personally if there were more than three I would pull over and let them go

If there's an emergency vehicle in the traffic jam, you should do what you can to help that vehicle efficiently get on its way.

Provided we are doing the legal speed limit, and driving carefully, staying in our lane, it is not our fault that there's a bunch of speeder tailgaters back thare behind us.  I see litle point pulling onto the shoulder ... as soon as one mob is past, and we are back on the highway, there's another mob of speeder tailgaters back there.
