If you change of heart your opponents witch?

if you change of heart your opponents witch and you sacrifice it.who gets the monster with witch's effect..you or your opponent owner of the witch?

it switchs to your side of the feild but goes in there graveyard.

so your opponet get the effect.

aaaahhhhh you just brought memories of the days I played this game :D...... im afraid to say that the witch goes back to the opponent's graveyard when sacrificed and therefore the opponent gets its effect. Recall that the effect says that in whoever's graveyard it was in that person will take its effect. Also remember that change of heart does not also change ownership of the card (that is stealing :D) so it would never go to your graveyard.
