  1. It will. You will always have to list that you once lived under this other name.

  9. well if you legally change your name and do so by the book than you have what is know as AKA and yes your old status will follow you into your "new" life.

  10. yes just because your name now is Mr Smith and your old name was Mr Jones  your face and DNA don't change. the only time that you are free from a criminal record is when you die.
