It would be a darker shade of blue.  However if it was Rainbow smurf (in the spirit of the LGBT section) it would be a darker shade of rainbow.  Leave the smurfs alone I love their lil' squeaky voices and constant happiness, okay, okay perhaps choking might be an option!

These people are all assuming that the blood running through smurf veins is deoxygenated red.  We have no basis on this.  THUSLY living among the trees and forests I am to assume their blood is more like a green ooze.  

With this logic I will state that when chokes smurfs with turn a fine Turquoise!

There is no answer to your question.  People turn blue, because the red of there blood is taken away from their complexion, leaving them blue from his veins.  When you take the colour red out of the colour blue, well, it can't be done.  They are both primary colours, so this is quite a conundrum.
