I agree with two of your three choices: The Punjabi Prison, and the Texas Bullrope, but I would bring back the three stages of h**l match, and make a TLC match where you actually have to grab the title from the ladder to make it look more like an actual TLC.

I agree with the paddle on a pole, but I would expand it: Foreign object on-a-pole match (you choose the object before the match), or in season mode, the GM will choose the object)
