Iron Man!  He is one of the few Super Heroes how is actually human, and not from som other world.  And Batman ould be a big pick for the same reason.  And they're both Badass!

He's already stolen the power Cosmic.And he has imprssive mystical might. So theres power and brains + Sorcery. Not to mention Diplomatic Immunity.

Some times its good to be an Absolute Despot.

DC:

Composite Superman

He has the powers/knowledge of the Legion as well as Superman/Batman (pre-Crisis mind you)

Disney:

I'm afraid there aren't ANY Disney characters that can compete at those levels.

So I would only have Doom+CS as my Gestalt.
