Kikyo from Inuyasha.

She's powerful, possibly immortal, and is pretty much the only hope of really defeating Naraku, if you think about it. Plus if I were in her shoes, I'd kill off Kagome and Shippo (and Inuyasha too if he protested.)

I'm pretty sure I would abuse my power, but who cares?

And my final reason: I could pick a fight with Sesshomaru, because I've always wanted to see who would win in a fight like that.

Whoa, that's a pretty broad question! But, maybe I'd want to be Yuuki from Vampire Knight. She's strong, but feminine, smart but not too smart, pretty but not drop-dead gorgeous, very loyal, extremely loving, likes someone who likes her back(even if they're not dating yet!), and she's a vampire! (That's last ones a joke). But next manga I read it'll be someone else...lol. Maybe not.
