You could be charged with murder or depraved indifference homicide depending on the laws of your state, but how in the heck is the prosecution going to prove it?

If it can be proved that you did that but that seems like it would be very hard to prove unless there were witnesses.Regardless it would be wrong and just thinking about doing it makes someone a little bit warped
