  1. Concentrate cities without urban sprawl.  Build them in areas that are not disaster prone.  Leave the farms and the rural housing, but no subdivisions.  Make sure the rural houses are solar, wind, or wood powered.  Power the supercities on clean renuables like solar, wind, hydropower, gothermal, ect.

  2. I would build a special place to keep all of the Hollywood celebrities, and not let them out except to work.  I would also forbid anyone else from entering this special place to talk to them about anything.

  3. Lincoln Logs - - - I would have picked Legos but it was taken.

  4. I wouldn't have built it any differently than our past generations have. I think they did a great job.

  5. For me it's not what I'd build, but what I wouldn't.  I wouldn't put three Starbucks within a block of each other (not that I don't like Starbucks, I'm just tired of seeing them everywhere), make it possible to drive down a street without seeing a McDonalds sign, and get rid of a few of those flashing neon signs we're so fond of.  I live in the LA area and I'm bitter about how ugly it is, can you tell?

  6. Lots of good quality public transport systems.

    Less dependence on crude oil.

More usage of renewable power in buildings.

    Less dependence on meat  products.

Prevent the widespread consumption of junk food and NEVER export it to others.

Better education system with less cost involved for graduation.

Medical education(and other too) should be more affordable.

Healthcare should be less expensive (if possible free).

  7. I would use Lego.
