  1. I would just get rid of, throw it in the trash and start fresh! Why, because in a nutshell it is not real democracy and it doesn't treat people fairly and equally nor does it has respect for the earth that it is on!

  2. I live in the US, and I think I would just make the Government smaller. More powers need to be deviated to the states. (Or just left to individual jurisdiction)

For example, g*y Marriage is not a constitutional issue, and should be left up to the states to decide. Abortion as well.

  3. England having firearms b/c they need it to lower the crime rate

  4. I believe i would change essentially everything.

I would re-write our economic system and institute a true communist economy. I would attempt to end all classism in the United States at all levels through a peaceful revolution. The government would be ran by workers and citizens unions. There would no longer be super wealthy corporations controlling our government while millions of people cant find enough to eat.

But unfortunately my ideas are too left and will never be thought of realistically. People just hear the word communist and immediately equate you to the terrible dictators of the last 50 years. But hey, maybe im just crazy.

  5. In the US, I would change the election system from a simple plurality to a two-ballot voting system so that the two major political parties would not have nearly as much power in our government and election system.

  6. I'm in australia so if I could change anything with our government it would be the legal/judisciary (sp?) system. It is absolute c**p compaired to america - you get raped and you get wow maybe a year if your lucky, in america you get about 10 years. Here you kill someone you get maybe 5-10 years - In america it's usually life - Our legal system here is a complete joke I mean, if I went out and killed someone I'd probably only get 10 years which is a load of absolute c**p - Your taking someones life - theres no price greater to pay than life in prison or death - Also sometimes I think we should have the death penalty in australia, it would do a world of good I know that

  7. black president please

  8. Lay off half of all government workers and consolidate as many departments as possible.

I don't think we would miss them.

  9. Limit terms on all elected officials.  No more than two four year terms.

Why?  Because most of the long termed politician have lost touch with the reality the younger generations are having to face.

Supreme Court Justices to be elected by the people and not presidential appointment and to serve only two four year terms.

Why? Because they can't be removed, they are making rulings that are changing the laws.  If the people had a chance, they would vote most of them out of office.

  10. First require a balanced budget

Second Each and every bill would stand on it own merits

Third there would be no Retirement benefit for any member of congress.

Fourth There would be no Federal support for education or the Arts.

  11. USA- separate church and state. better yet, amend the right of religion and persecute everyone who doesn't believe.

it's so much easier that way (and i'm not being funny, trust, I'd be the first to go)

you can't give people freedoms but don't have laws to support them, i.e, g*y marriage

if everyone has the same religious beliefs, the worse that will ever happen is civil war, iff no one else in the world is like GWBush
