Definitely return our precious Earth to a better state, and remove 99% of the damages pollution and other human-activities-caused injuries to the world (including bringing back extinct species). Also, to make sure that every person in the world realizes that they should treat our world better, for our sake and all the other living creatures on the world's sake.

I'd give everyone (!) a free i-pod or music system with open access to awesome music (eg. the selection would cater for all individual's tastes in music, of course).  Oh, and I'd wave my magic wand so that all people would know how to use their ipod or music system and so could get straight down to the business of getting into into a positive zone of whatever music matches their mood.

I would remove pollution, stop the extinction of precious animals and plants etc. I would give everyone enough means to look after themselves and their families. I'd educate the world in how to love one another and to live life in harmony but most importantly how to live efficiently so to exterminate poverty and homelessness. Then i would make everyone united and equal.

Starting with removing pollution because you can't do much if the world's in a bad state physically.
