I know Starbucks employees get tipped and fast food does not- but should it be the other way around? What about both getting tipped? Or Fast food could be like other restaurants and the employyes could make less then min. wage and get tips- what do you think?

  1. I don't see reasoning to tip fast food employees. They do not do much service once the product is given

  2. i don't agree

  3. i do not agree.... fast food employees should not get tipped.. there is no point.. they don't do anything except ring the order in and put the food on the tray.. starbucks on the other hand, employees, should get tipped because they do make the coffee, and have to work to get their money and or tips.

  4. i agree with the 1st person

  5. Starbucks employees deserve to get tipped. We actually make the coffee, the lattes, the bar drinks and everything. Whether your on till, serving pastries, expediting or working the bar, it is all very stressful (especially for bar). We buy the highest quality Arabica beans at premium prices to produce top-notch coffee. And we put up with a lot of **** and bitchy customers too...The customers that are soo specific with their drink order and if theirdrink isnt exactly 178 degrees F, they get pissed off? Mhmm...

fast food employees on the other hand usually work with a few cashiers who ring in the order and put food on trays...The real work happens in the back where the food is being made, but most customers don't see that since the cashier is the only one they talk to.

  6. JUST STAY HOME AND COOK U WOULDNT B WORING ABT STUFF LIKE THIS UNLESS U WRK THERE!
