I hate the idea of people suffering with horrible illness, but I'd have to say no.  I'd not cure everything.  I mean we'd all live forever and misery would set in quick for the entire world.

No.  In fact, if I could I'd eliminate the synthetic pharmaceutical pushers and pesticide producers to see if we can balance life out a little.  Darwinism style.
