If you could design the ultimate Pub/Bar experience what would your establishment have over the rest?

Yeah i'm quite prepared to get the obvious free drinks and strippers option! This could be a seriously good question though so use it, think about the; interiors, music, offers, decor, drinks, drinkers :)

The food first, really good food.   Offer something you just won't find everywhere else.  Clean restrooms and comfortable chairs that you can sit down and get really into the conversation, beverages and food.

Not overcrowded but good atmosphere. Clean, relaxing drinking areas, variety of good music, not too loud so you can still chat. Clean toilets. Mild mannered, considerate clientel. Variety of nice food. Wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at reasonable yet not 'encouraging' prices (not like 20 shots for a quid so everyone is monged all over).

Well ventialated smoking area outside if people wish to have a cigarillo I suppose.

Comfy seating, lots of space so you are not crammed in. Good vibe.

I'm going to have to second the smoking.    A bar without smoking is like an Italian restaurant without red wine.    My bar would be a fascist-free zone.
